Abstract

Some vestiges revealed that man started making weapons since the discovery of some metals . Some people still manufacture weapons, such as swords and daggers as well as copper ustencils, and move from one tribe to another to sell their products. This craft requires coal to heat the metal. The latter is then put in water and beaten with a hammer to get the sharp part. This sharp tools are used to cut the branches , to slaughter animals and also for self- defense against wild animals and enemies. The dagger called “El Bachria” is carried by people either as an accessory or for the uses mentioned above.
