Abstract

This episode is about one of the most attractive places in Jordan, namely Rum. It is famous for tourism because of its tourist sites and its protected natural park. We will know about some Islamic and Byzantine writings inherited from the peoples who went through it. There are more than 30 tourist sites in Rum that attracts tourists from all the regions of the world. A special dish, is very much appreciated by the inhabitants of the desert. They dig a large hole in the sand, put a cylindrical container in the hole. A grill full of meat, chicken and vegetables is then placed in the hole, away from dust and sand, and fire is set under it. It is covered and left for a period of time.
