The episode is about the city of Al Zarqa and the pollution that affected it. This is due to : the great number of factories, the oil refinery, and the lack of water . Because of the large number of workers and migrations, the area of concrete expanded, due to housing, and green spaces decreased. The program introduces the city of Al Zarqa, its population, its agricultural land and the large number of factories. In fact, 52% of the factories are located in this city, they are beneficial to the economy, but have negative effects on the environment . The the Ministry of Environment try to reduce the negative effects of these factories and to rehabilitate Al Zarqa stream, as well as waste treatment plants .Type
