This episode of "Fine Arts" series is about Granada which was inhabited by the Arab Muslims. It deals with the construction of the Alhambra Palaces, the history of this era and the different uses of these palaces by the Kings of Granada. In these palaces ,there are halls, rooms and a fountain of granite as well as twelve statues of lions . The design and architecture of these Palaces, the political and religious philosophy which artists had during the reign of Banu El Ahmar Kings are still a mystery . After having kicked out the Arab muslims from these palaces , the Spanish Kings used them without changing the architectural design, the inscriptions in Arabic and the decorations.Type
