Abstract

The program deals with" Alia National Airways Company", founded in 1963 to be a bridge that joins Jordan with other countries . Aviation is a profession which requires high levels in training and qualifications for flight . Jordan has reached considerable progress in training its employees in all branches :maintenance, mechanics, flights, level services on board (food and drink) or, ticketing services and booking . The company has made considerable progress both in training and achievments,thus a housing area for Alia's staff was commissioned by His Majesty the late King Hussein Ben Talal, to help them integrate the company and encourage them to keep pace with progress and international agreements in this domain. we note the construction of a hotel owned by the company.
