Report on the Dead Sea situated west of Jordan. The Dead Sea has many names such as: the lake of lot and the lake of Zagr (Zagr is the son of lot) the lake of Maklouba, but the common name is the Dead Sea because there is no life in it and because of the high percentage of salt it contains. In the past, ships and boats used to cross the Dead Sea. Its waters are known to heal people from some diseases.
