Abstract

The episode is about the interest of the Jordanian with his heritage especially with horses;how to take care of them, to decorate the saddle and halter. Presentation of people who manufacture the horses’ equipments. Then we move on to the production of milk and how to prepare the famous Jordanian meal. “El Mansaf”. We move on to the manufacturing of “Cheria” and swords by skilled workers. The numerator, the lantern, the sieve or the mill to grind grain for bread and the handicrafts such as embroidery for traditional clothing are still preserved. These handicrafts have developed today. They have become part of the rural family’s daily life.
