Abstract

A documentary which talks about the Aqaba railway institution which is the core of the railway stations in the Kingdom since 1900. The importance of the railway has been the transport and transfer of phosphate from the South of the Kingdom to Aqaba’s port since 1972. The institution was then called “the Aqaba railway corporation”. The institution contributes in the national economy; it transfers phosphate from the mines to Aqaba port. There were many achievements in railways : the size of many achievements in railways , the size of locomotives, modern technology and the capacity of employment in this institution which has increased a lot .
