AbstractThis episode is about the Jordanians generosity and magnanimity. Their hospitability either at home or in tents in the desert especially in preparing coffee: the process to make it, roasting it, crushing it and offering it to guests. The program presents the different tools to prepare coffee such as “Al Mihbash” which is made of wood. Coffee is offered on different occasions especially in marriages.
