Abstract

Today's episode is about the factory of a candy called “Halkoum” ,its history which dates back to about 200 years, about the stages of manufacturing it ,about the ingredients , the workers and about the demand of it . Zakaria talks about his beginning in making Halkoum. Jafar talks about the way it is made. The program deals with the transmissionn of traditional industries from a generation to another, as families kept the same way adopted by generations.
