Abstract

This documentary is dedicated to the Baha'i international community, whose beautiful gardens are at the foot of Mount Carmel in Haifa in occupied Palestine. In an interview, the Secretary General of the Baha'i religion presents the major historical events that led to its birth. We discover the precepts and prohibitions of this religion, such as fasting for 19 days during the month of March, how to perform the prayer, and the importance of equality between men and women who represent the two wings of a bird symbolizing complementarity. We also meet Jallal Hatami, Deputy Secretary-General of the community, Redouane el Hawari, engineer and volunteer, and a group of people who give us their testimony on this religious practice. We discover with Jalal Hatimi buildings and beautiful gardens of the community, beauty and tranquility necessary in their philosophy.
