Abstract

This episode is about Jaffa, its vestiges and its history. The film shows views of the sea mosque located on the beach of Jaffa. A tour in the ancient city of Jaffa and interviews with: - Ramy who talks about historical sites in Jaffa. - Yakoub speaks about his beginnings in fishing, a job he had inherited from his father. - Michel speaks about his idea to combine a book shop and a restaurant; he opened a shop he called " café and books". - Fakhri speaks about his job as a pharmacist, a job he inherited from his ancestors. - Youcef, the pharmacists' son, mentioned that they did not alter the shape of the pharmacy to preserve its history.
