Abstract

Evocation of the variety of bovine breeds of several areas of Tuscany that have lived for hundreds of years in the regional territory, and are gradually disappearing. A visit to the farm of San Rossore that houses the"pisana" bovine species and the discavery of the geographical area of Liningiana where the"pontremolese" bovine race lives. The territory of Garfagnana shelters the "garfagnina" bovine race. The documentary evokes the slow reconstitution of the cattle in extinction.
