Abstract

A documentary devoted to the manifacture of stuffed pastry. Discovery of the different steps of preparation, from the weat field to the pastry. The program is filmed in the organic food production company , located in Berlinghieri, in Sardinia. In this farm, the livestock is bred according to organic standards. Weat and earth products also respect these criteria. Interview with Rita Cardini and Aldo Nonne, organic producers, on their enterprise activity.
