Abstract

The journalist Licia Colo introduces you to the history, the folklore, the natural beauties of some locations in the island of Lampedusa, in Sicily. Footages of the so-called "rabbits beach ", where the "Caretta caretta" turtles make nest ; footages of the Madonna di Lampedusa' sanctuary in "Cala Madonna". Licia Colo interviews a biologist and an ornithologist who check on the native animal species. Underwater footages.
