Federico Quaranta and Nicola Prudente invite us to explore the Via Appia opened from the fourth century BC, it was the first paved road that connected Rome to Brindisi. The archaeologist Bartolomeo Mazzotta evokes this history and beauty of Via which still remains a popular place in the world of the cinema: excerpts from the "Dolce Vita" by Fellini. The archaeologist Rotondidu Antonella speaks of the archaeological site of the Villa dei Quintili. The art historian Francesco Leone evokes the history and beauty of the Villa Torlonia, built in the nineteenth century. Views of the villa and gardens. Umberto Broccoli, Director General of Cultural Heritage of the City of Rome talks about the exhibition "Paths of the twentieth century Roman" near a painting in the collection.Type
