Abstract

Osvaldo Bevilacqua interviewed the historian and Brother Sandro Galantini Paolino on the history of Giulianova, a coastal city of the Abruzzo completely rebuilt in the fifteenth century on an innovative urban plan. Views of the most important monuments of the city. The city was the birthplace of the great cellist Gaetano Braga (1829-1907). The Shrine of Our Lady of Splendour was built on the site of the apparitions of the Virgin. Views of the city, interior and exterior of the church of Saint-Flavien and of the Sanctuary, details of frescoes .
