Abstract

In Porto Badisco, in the province of Lecce, Osvaldo Bevilacqua offers us a visit to the Deer Cave, the largest Neolithic complex of Europe, discovered in 1970 and whose rock paintings date back to 7000 years. Interviews with specialists of the cave. Walks and aerial views of the coast of Salento, a big natural region in southern Puglia, bordered by the Adriatic and Ionian seas. Visits to hotels, cities and churches. Interview with local residents and artisans. Overview of local folklore.
