Abstract

Commentary and interviews about wine and apples in the hinterland of Verona. The topic of wine is illustrated by the different stages of production : the selection of the three main types of grapes, the difference between small and large barrels, the controls on bunches of grapes. We learn the history of Amarone wine. The documentary focuses then on the apples, explaining the characteristics of golden apples rust. The video shows panoramic views of vineyards and orchards, hills and cities, harvesting and processing stages on grapes and apples, controls and analysis phases of the apples. We discover views of the Lake Garda.
