Documentary presenting the natural and historical richness of Santa Fiora, a village located on the slopes of Monte Amiata, in Tuscany. The history of the town dates back to the ninth century, and its present appearance is virtually unchanged since the twelfth century. The region also has cinnabar mines. Interviews with former miners who tell their daily work. Views of the various monuments of Santa Fiora: the palace of the Count,the City Hall and its tower, the church of Santa Flora and Lucille with works of Andrea della Robbia.
