The journalist Alberto Angela talks about the history of the Certosa di Padula, in Campania region. He evokes its architectural origin and the life of the monks who live inside. The video presents shots of the exteriors and aerial views of the Certosa di Padula. We also discover the interiors of the building and some details of the frescos on the ceilings. Visit of the church with its wooden statues and wooden carvings and a mother-of-pearl in the church. Alberto Angela continues his discovery of the Certosa by the interiors of the great kitchens, the wine cellars and the library.
