Abstract

Federico Quaranta and Nicola Prudente take us to the discovery of Pavese, the area around Pavia, in Lombardy Views of the region ,of the countryside , the banks of Po and rice paddies. Illustration of typical local products. Panoramic views of Pavia, rich in the Middle Ages of dozens of towers that symbolized the power of noble families. The capital of the kingdom of Italy for nearly six centuries during the Middle Ages, Pavia was then magnified by the Visconti family from 1359. Views of the city, the covered bridge and the Chartreuse (fourteenth century). Discovery of the small town of Vigevano, the capital of shoes, with one of the most beautiful squares in Italy, the Ducal Piazza (late fifteenth century, initiated by Bramante). Interviews on the heritage of the region.
