Abstract

Tamddoult is an archaeological site located 13 km from the city of Akka that disappeared in the 14th century. Several witnesses explain the reasons for the destruction of Tamddoult, but the most famous story is that of the Caid al Marini Muhand or Ali Amanssak, which tells that this disappearance was a devine justice; to prove that one of its inhabitants, who had been insulted by a member of his family, was right. This episode introduces us the city and its historical sites which are not famous.
