Water is of a vital importance in the lives of the oases' inhabitants, its rarity was and remains their main daily problem, this is why the locals are using ancient and ingenious techniques to carry water for irrigation. These pipes that carry water without evaporation at long distances are called "ghattarat". These irrigation techniques are in decay because of lack of maintenance ; now they belong to the historical heritage. Evocation of the daily life of the Bedouin woman through the hard work she does to help meet the needs of the family. Interviews with Tadoumant Boujemaa, a resident of Foum Elâalak , Hafida Aknou, President of an association in the region.Type
