Abstract

Report on the launch of the first thematic television channel, the first specialized channel of the National Company of Radio and Television to be launched. The editorial line of the channel Arrabia is to broadcast educational and cultural programs addressed to young pupils and to students with all educational levels. This project was achieved with the partnership of the National Ministry of Education.
