- Agenda of the meeting had been on opposition to all forms of violence toward women, beginning from its causes, evolution and automatisms,

- Morocco and its fulfillments have been mentioned, and especially the family code.

- Everyone admitted our advances in this field, there are countries that didn’t think to promulgate a law to fight violence within family yet,

- as for us, we are about to propose the draft and debate, our intervention has focused

- on law enforcement and the end of recommendations that remain unenforced in the field.

- Social gender theory, and its role in the development of legislations and habits

- representing the principle of equality before the Court, is among subjects that have been examined during the meeting, which sets a goal:

- End with a prevention and defense plan, and engage in a defense system to face the violence phenomenon

- and obtain very positive results with the help of social gender theory.

- The last point approached during the debate concerns the question of women legal status

- and conflicts threatening their security and essential freedom in Euro-Mediterranean area.
