- Two days of dialogue, during which Morocco presented its clear vision about a partnership with the European Union and all of its institutions.

- The European side presented its major experience in many fields such as education and sports,

- two fields that are a matter of the European Council of which Morocco became one of its members

- and through which Morocco hopes to strengthen the Euro-Mediterranean area.

- The cooperation with the European Council is what could open new horizons for collaboration in the political field between Morocco and the European Council.

- We started a new partnership and we experienced some commitments from Morocco.

- The first one of those commitments if the uniting of Morocco to the values and principles of Man’s rights,

- along with the incorporation of the human element of Morocco that believes in those principles.

- The European vocation of Morocco is sure, those signs are obvious, reflected in the initiatives from political domains and of human rights.

- And its membership to the European Union is an essential step.

- A promising meeting presented by this symposium. That was an opportunity for Morocco to show its European partner

- and in particular the European Council that has been founded since 1949, its varied workshops they opened,

- along with its ambitions that can only be supported by the countries of the north bank.
