Abstract

A report on a women's cooperative for olive oil production . The members of this cooperative have benefited from a training on modern techniques for the production of olive oil . This training is part of a program set by the UN Industrial Development Organization. Interviews with rural women on the process of olive oil production and the advantages of modern machines to improve both the quality and the quantity of the product .
