Abstract

The program introduces the customs and traditions in different Moroccan cities during the month of Ramadan; a month of worship, charity and benevolence. The city of Taza, like all the cities in Morocco, organizes special activities during this holy month, among these are : the distribution of meals to needy people, and the organization of religious evenings. The program team moves to the village of Caldama, famous for olive oil production. It introduces some traditional craftsmen, who are very busy in Ramadan, such as Kaftan and djellaba tailors and traditional cakes confectioners. As to the city of Meknes, its inhabitants have their special rituals and customs.
