Abstract

During his visit to Morocco to take part in the Bridge World championship, the actor Omar Sharif was interviewed by the journalist Mohamed Benhaddouche on his hobbies, the game of bridge, horse riding and on his major film projects. The journalist wanted to know his opinion on the current situation of the Arab Cinema. Omar Sharif explained that he was reluctant to participate in Arab films only to maintain the high standing he has reached through the great Egyptian film in which he participated.
