Abstract

Nouzha Bennani, the jewelry designer was awarded the first prize for her works by the ministry of traditional crafts. She inherited this art from her mother who was an amateur artist in this field. Benani is now a professional designer whose works are displayed in various cities of Morocco on several occasions. She says Moroccan women should not only preserve the Moroccan heritage and arts, but teach them to their children so as not to lose our identity and culture.
