The Jebba is the traditional, oldest and most important clothing of men inTunisia, it is of Arab origin . In Eastern countries and the Gulf ,the equivalent is ' dishdasha ' or' Abaya ' . The manufacturing of jebba is difficult .It is ensured by four craftsmen who cut, sew,stitch and embroider .TheTunisian Jebba has got different types :the "Silk jebba" which is essentially white ( worn for feasts , celebrations and holidays), and the " jebba " made of silk and wool with strips , woven on a traditional handloom famous in Tozeur, southern Tunisia. The jebba, " Mlifa " is made of wool imported from the East and Europe, especially England and is used in traditional colours such as green, blue and gray, a clothing for everyday in winter, not worn on formal occasions,it is usually worn with a burnous , or any other type of winter cloth . For each occasion and season, the Tunisians wear special Jebba with different cloth and colour.Type
