Abstract

Crystal industry depends on a manual method . The craftsman mixes the substance "Silica " derived from sand with chemical substances in order to produce a sticky substance which is converted later by exposing it to extreme heat emanating from a furnace. The traditional Crystal preparation also depends on the recycling of broken glass. Valuable works of art are prepared by this technique which suffers from the reluctance of young craftsmen as it requires patience to perform them.
