Abstract

A documentary describing the most important historical and archeological sites of the city of Nabeul as Neapolis, the archeological site and the regional museum reflecting the Greek and Roman civilisations. This film also shows, through an exhibition of craft creations, a vision of the traditional industries such as pottery, tapestry, embroidery and decorative metal work. It also deals with the specificity of the traditional dress of Nabeul named "Trizh" and of the traditional dress especially made for brides. The video is ending with a visit of the antique city and the belgha market which is a sort of souk dedicated to handmade leather shoes.
