Abstract

In this edition of “Lands and promises kept” we will discover the major archeological monuments of the town of Mahdia, its museums and its touristic places that turned the area into a major touristic destination. A series of visits will be presented: at the local museum, at the Heritage National Institute and at the El Jem theatre house, where we will discover the band “Min El-Ahsan" along with the Mahdia association. We will also discover traditional food, such as: el-bendqala, couscous, the briques of baklava, the ftir et le rfis.
