Abstract

This episod of “Our food” presents the cooking of various types of Tunisian chorbas. The recipes that are proposed are: -Lentils chorba. -Frik rabbit chorba (this recipe is cooked by most of Tunisian families, during the month of the Ramadan. Its main ingredient is barley). -Vegetable chorba. -Cold chorba.
