Abstract

In Barcelona, two of the most notable laws to come out of the 5th legislature are the Family Code and the Common-Law Partners Law. The Family Code was passed unanimously while the Popular Party voted against the Common-Law Partners Law. This law tries to act to resolve the problems inside the families.
