Abstract

The "Wide Angle's zoom operates on a new or so far ignored phenomenon : Minors who cross the Straits. In Spain, there are 4,500 young Moroccans. The Spanish law protects them and centers for juveniles host them. A real breath of fresh air for the Moroccan youths. If the Spanish law prohibits any turning back of minors, in fact some of them make charges of expulsion without further ado.
