Dr Ismail explains that despite the low level of scientific research in Egypt, hope still exists in reform by paying attention to the young people and the future generations. He stressed that Alexandria’s library doesn’t follow any political institution, and emphasizes that the solution to raise the level of science is the desire for change and not rely on leaders. Each citizen has to create and develop in his field and has to write articles concerning his speciality . He stresses on the importance of dialogue, communication and openness to other cultures and make the young people aware of the importance of this openness.Type
