Abstract

The documentary features the function and objectives of the Sea Turtle Hatchery in Lara (Akamas Area), through interviews with qualified officers. The nests are located, the eggs collected and transferred to the hatching area. When hatched, the young turtles are marked for future reference and released to the sea. The Coast of Lara - Lara's Sea Turtle Hatchery and it's department next to Pafo's Castle. Fishery Refuge of Agios Neophytos of Pegia - Sea Caves - Green Turtle lays eggs - Hatchery officers collect and transfer the turtle eggs to the hatching place.
