Abstract

Paul Vam Himst was elected the best Belgian player of the century. Already four times winner of the “Golden shoe”, which rewards the best player of the year, In 1974,he became the first football player to win independently the “National Trophy of Sports Merit” . With the team of Anderlecht, he won eight championships of Belgium.
