Abstract

Museoscope offers a visit to the national museum of traditional folk Arts (Palace Khedaoudj El Amia) on the occasion of the exhibition about the ancient art of weaving. Aziza Ammara, museum director, is Radia Boumaali's guest. While browsing the exhibition, the director presents the different ancient weaving patterns: large carpets and rugs, shawls or veils from different regions of the country. The program also offers a presentation of the "Berouali" Haik of the Algiers region.
