Tlemcen, whose ancient names of Pomaria, Aghadir or Tagrart reflect the past grandeur, history and cultural wealth, is a city where mosques and palaces like Sidi El Haloui mosque or the Mausoleum of Sidi Brahim are threatened with collapse. This city is considered as a large open air museum because of its historical sites as the big El Mansourah mosque and the mausoleum of Sidi Boumediene Interview with the Head of Heritage of the city.
