Abstract

The position of Arab women depends on education and training. It is not enough to assert herself in her work and her everyday life : she must also be accepted by all as an autonomous person before being a woman. This change in mentality will probably take some time. We must now deal with this change , explain the role of women in the Arab society through associations such as the Algerian Assala Association .
