Abstract

Galeb is a yugoslav ship where history of Non-Aligned Movement was made. President Tito spent 564 days on its board. Famous presidents were invited aboard : Khrushchev, Gaddafi, Nehru, Nasser, Gandhi and others. The last time it sailed the Croatian waters was in 1991 when it took JNA officers (Yugoslavian Army) from Slovenia to Montenegro. It went to Tivat and then it was sold to Greek ship owner Papanikolaou.
