Abstract

The magazine is visiting a family of farmers in Yahud, the Soriano family. The father, 86 years old and his son are being filmed while cooking beetroot and fennel. A tour in Yahud in the "Askenazy market". The farmers cuisine: smoked lamb ribs and wheat groats cooked in tomato sauce and zucchini. In Ganey Yehida, Dror Pilz is hosting us and cooking roots soup with smoked meat, spicy smoked chicken in the Romanian style in his own smokery and lentils salad with eggplant and peppers.
