Abstract

The chef-host Chaim Cohen goes to a village of Kurdish jews named Zafririm. He visits the house of Ziona and Nissim Levi, the local grocery store of Ziona's son in law, the old age club and finally the Ziona's hair dresser shop. Chaim and Ziona are cooking together in Ziona's kitchen typical Kurdish dishes: salty Knafe, Kurdish "Hamin", traditional kurdish bread, Kubbah Shafta (semolina balls filled with meat). The cooking fest finishes with Kurdish traditional dancing.
