Abstract

The guest of the program is Margaret Tayar, a famous restaurateur in Tel Aviv harbour. She is preparing Bruschetta with raw fish, mashed tomatoes, eggplant salad in garlic, pepper and mint sauce, beet salad with raisins, garlic, balsamic vinegar and cumin, stuffed sardines with fish roe, lamb neck stew with Jerusalem artichoke and green broad beans, almond tea and knafeh cake. Hila Alpert meets the confectioner Asher Tobkin who is specialized in Asian fusion desserts.
