Abstract

Salim Daw, a succesfull Israeli Arab actor, is cooking with Chaim Cohen his favorite dishes: eggplant lasagna, artichoke soup with lettuce, lamb gulash, dry peppers filled with rice, chocolate truffles coated with chestnuts. Hila Alpert visits an agriculture farm on Mount Carmel, near Haifa, where they have planted avocado trees. Guy Rilov shows the process of making avocado oil while his wife Orna is preparing an avocado meal.
