Abstract

Dudu is both a cook and a photographer. He is preparing humus, masbacha, falafel. Naama explains all about the different types of oil. We learn how to make the falafel. Meeting Ayala at her fishmonger's place in Paradis-Abu Basem. Tali prepares fish cutlet with lemon and celery sauce served on a platform of Jerusalem artichock and fillet of fresh fish with red grapefruit, Farida fish on eggplant and tomatoes.
